Rachna is a doctor by day, a poet by night and a truth lover all of the time. Touched by the poems of Rumi and upon meeting HH Dalai Lama, she realised that a door in her heart had been opened, but the courage to walk through the door came upon meeting her teachers Rupert Spira and Francis Lucille, with whom she took her first steps on to the path of Love, Truth and Beauty, and whose teachings she loves to follow still. It is from this place that the poems arrive - the poems are as much yours as they are hers
